NBR NBR Nitrile Rubber Seal Ring: Suitable for use in petroleum hydraulic oil, glycol hydraulic oil, diester lubricant, gasoline, water, silicone grease, silicone oil and other media. At present, it is the most widely used and lowest cost rubber seals. It is not suitable for polar solvents, such as ketones, ozone, nitrohydrocarbons, MEK and chloroform. Generally, the temperature range is - 40 ~ 120 C.

2. HNBR hydrogenated nitrile rubber sealing ring: It has excellent corrosion resistance, tear resistance and compressive deformation resistance, ozone resistance, sunshine resistance and weather resistance. It has better wear resistance than NBR. It is suitable for washing machinery, automobile engine system and refrigeration system using new environmental friendly refrigerant R134a. It is not recommended to use in alcohols, esters or aromatic solutions. Generally, the temperature range is - 40 ~ 150 C.

SIL Silicone Rubber Seal Ring: It has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance and atmospheric aging resistance. It has good insulation performance. However, the tensile strength of rubber is worse than that of ordinary rubber and it has no oil resistance. Applicable to household appliances such as electric water heaters, electric irons, microwave ovens, etc. It is also suitable for all kinds of articles in contact with human body, such as kettles, water dispensers, etc. It is not recommended to be used in most concentrated solvents, oils, concentrated acids and sodium hydroxide. Generally, the temperature range is - 55 ~ 250 C.

IV. VITON fluorine rubber sealing ring: high temperature resistance is superior to silicone rubber, with excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance and chemical resistance, but poor cold resistance. Resistance to most oils and solvents, especially acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and animal and vegetable oils. It is suitable for sealing requirements of diesel engines, fuel systems and chemical plants. It is not recommended to use ketones, esters with low molecular weight and mixtures containing nitrate. Generally, the temperature range is - 20 ~ 250 C.

5. FLS fluorosilicone rubber sealing ring: It has the advantages of both fluorosilicone rubber and silicone rubber. It has good oil resistance, solvent resistance, fuel oil resistance and high and low temperature resistance. It can resist the erosion of oxygen-containing compounds, aromatic solvents and chlorine-containing solvents. Usually used for aviation, aerospace and military purposes. Ketones and brake oils are not recommended. Generally, the temperature range is - 50 ~ 200 C.

6. EPDM EPDM EPDM rubber sealing ring: It has good weather resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. It can be used for sealing alcohols and ketones, as well as high temperature steam environment. It is suitable for bathroom equipment, automobile radiator and automobile brake system. It is not recommended for food use or exposure to mineral oils. Generally, the temperature range is - 55 ~ 150 C.

CR neoprene rubber sealing ring: sunshine resistance, weather resistance is particularly good. It is not afraid of refrigerants such as dichlorodifluoromethane and ammonia. It is resistant to dilute acid and silicone grease lubricants, but it expands greatly in mineral oils with low aniline point. It is easy to crystallize and harden at low temperature. Applicable to all kinds of atmospheric, sunshine, ozone environment and all kinds of flame-resistant, chemical corrosion-resistant sealing environment. It is not recommended to be used in strong acids, nitrohydrocarbons, esters, chloroform and ketones. Generally, the temperature range is - 55 ~ 120 C.

VIII. IIR Butyl Rubber Seal Ring: It has excellent air tightness, heat resistance, sunshine resistance, ozone resistance and good insulation; it has good resistance to polar solvents such as alcohol, ketone, ester, etc., and can be exposed to animal and vegetable oils or oxides. Suitable for chemical resistance or vacuum equipment. It is not recommended to use in conjunction with petroleum solvents, kerosene or aromatics. Generally, the temperature range is - 50 ~ 110 C.
